Our needs:
We have an immediate opening in our Houston office for a Senior Level Landscape Architect with Team Leadership and Project Management experience.
Requirements
  • bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design (master's degree preferred but not required)
  • minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning, with a proven track record in leadership and project management
  • experience successfully managing clients, complex projects, and design teams
  • demonstrated strength in business development, including building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to firm growth
  • strong graphic skills, including proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and graphics programs
  • ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce high-quality work
  • comfort speaking at public meetings and to small groups
