What Youโ€™ll Do:
As a Production Technician I, Apparel, you will support the daily operations of our apparel production department by ensuring the accurate movement and preparation of goods. Youโ€™ll work across multiple production stations, including order pulling, quality control, packing, and shipping, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
Shift: 9:00am-6:00pm
Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.

Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality apparel products to our customers on time and according to specifications. By maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment and quality checks, you help uphold our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction. Your ability to adapt and collaborate ensures smooth production flow and supports the success of the entire team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate apparel production stations including order receiving, pulling, packing, and shipping.
  • Review order tickets and accurately locate and consolidate apparel items for decoration or embroidery.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify thread color, logo placement, garment style, and size.
  • Assemble boxes, pack items, and process shipments using company software.
  • Prioritize rush orders and maintain compliance with SOPs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Work Experience:
  • Previous experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred; apparel or embroidery experience is a plus.
Your Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in using production software and navigating management systems.
