Job description

As a Test Engineer a typical day might include:

  • Evaluate new test technologies and methods.
  • Determine Design for Test (DFT) specifications and coordinate with engineering staff on new product design.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test strategies for new and existing products that meet corporate objectives.
  • Train production testing staff in function, design, and maintenance of all testing processes on the production floor.
  • Gather and analyze test data to improve test coverage and efficiencies.

This job might be for you if you have:

  • BSEE or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience designing and developing production tests
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Experience with applicable programming languages

You may be a stronger fit for this position if you:

  • 2+ years of experience in electronic design, manufacturing and testing
  • Skill in design and construction of test fixtures
  • Experience in writing test procedures and test documentation

Pay Range Data: $97,700 - $144,400

We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job and responsibility. We base our starting pay offer and title on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
