We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and detail orientated design professional with a passion for workplace design to join our team as a Test Fit Program Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of a global program.
Description
As a Workplace Test Fit Program Manager, you will be focused on a global portfolio leading and developing the test fit program for Workplace. You will collaborate closely with international partners across the business, including Real Estate and Space Planning, to assess space utilization and propose functional, creative design solutions that support critical business decisions for new locations, expansions, and renovations.

Lead the test fit process for new workplace locations, expansions, and renovations
Oversee external partners to develop and execute a program for preliminary architectural test fits, which influence critical business decisions
Prepare and present business cases with test fit recommendations to leadership
Develop and maintain metrics and reporting related to space types and utilization
Maintain an open dialogue with internal stakeholders, cross functional partners, and external parties to ensure project meets all established parameters
Contribute to the development of space planning standards and guidelines for workplace
Utilize knowledge to support the development of future workplace space typologies
Conduct programming and utilization studies with partners, providing recommendations for space efficiency and employee engagement
Maintain a library of test fits and develop tools to increase consistency and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications
Master's or other advanced degree
Prior Experience as a Workplace Test Fit Manager, Strategist, Design Program Manager, or Real Estate Planner
Self-starter and capable individual contributor
Knowledge of current workplace trends and best practices
Ability to think critically and creatively to improve processes and operations
Communication and collaboration skills with ability to develop working relationships across business groups and key stakeholders
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorʼs degree in Architecture, or a related field
10+ Years of proven experience in space planning, test fitting, design management, architecture, or related industry experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience overseeing external partners to develop and execute a global program
Experience developing comprehensive presentations and documentation packages
Proficiency in design tools such as CAD or Revit, as well as presentation and rendering software.
Experience interpreting applicable building codes, and local and regional laws.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $178,800 and $268,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
