We are a mid-sized, growing, family-owned business looking to add another office member to our Team.
Position is full-time Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Spring and Fall are our busiest seasons!
Previous office experience needed. Customer service skills necessary. Must be proficient in typing/data entry/spreadsheets.
*Does not require in-person customer interaction. Everything is conducted over the phone and via email.*
Duties include:Schedule both residential and commercial customers
Use Google Docs / company software databases / scheduling system to coordinate date / time / locations for jobs
Collaborate with other Scheduling staff - work as a part of a team!
