As a Store Shift Supervisor, you are pawsitively passionate about people and their pets. You will help lead the team during your shift, ensuring every neighbor has an exceptional, neighborly experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What Youll Do
  • Deliver pawsitively exceptional, neighborly service by helping a pet parent pick the perfect toy for a lab who loves to fetch
  • Show a fourth grader how to test their fish tank water, all while creating a fun, welcoming experience
  • Support daily operations and help ensure a smooth, efficient shift
  • Assign tasks and help team members manage priorities and time
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
  • Process transactions, support the register, and handle returns or issues
  • Place and manage special orders and online order fulfillment
  • Reconcile cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
  • Step in to support the team wherever needed during busy periods

  • Strong customer service and sales skills

  • Ability to climb ladders and perform physical store tasks
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays)
