Job description

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine at our St. Luke’s location in Carrollton, VA.  Carrollton is nestled on the James River between Smithfield and Suffolk, VA.

Position Highlights:

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)

  • Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for some extended hours

  • Average of 18-20 patients per day
