Job description

Seeking an experienced Fish Monger to join a seafood manufacturing and supply company. Responsibilities include cutting, filleting, trimming, portioning, and preparing fresh seafood to customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and sanitation. Additional duties include inspecting seafood for freshness, packaging and labeling products, maintaining inventory, operating knives and processing equipment, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Candidates should have previous fish cutting or seafood processing experience, be comfortable working in a cold environment, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines. Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment are required.

Schedule: Part-Time
Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
