Job description

About Us
We are a modern marketing collective built for scale, efficiency, and impact. As the parent company, Agital supports three specialized go-to-market agencies-Go Fish Digital, REQ, and WDG-with shared infrastructure, advanced technology, and deeply experienced people, allowing each brand to do its best work. Go Fish Digital makes the complex simple and the simple powerful by uniting strategy, creative, media, and SEO into one seamless engine for growth. REQ connects storytelling, technology, creativity, and digital strategy so ambitious organizations can own what's next. WDG designs and builds enterprise web experiences that connect with diverse audiences and help organizations adapt to rapid technological change. Together, we operate as one strong, collaborative ecosystem, backed by smart systems, AI-powered capabilities, and a culture of curiosity, where people can grow their careers while shaping how ambitious brands grow in the world.
WDG is hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager to take ownership of how we plan, run, and measure marketing that drives business growth. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thinks strategically, executes independently, and uses AI as a genuine part of how they work and a core tool for building smarter marketing programs.
You'll shape and own how WDG shows up in the market - what we say, who we reach, and how we turn that into real opportunities and results. You'll work directly with leadership, have real visibility into decision-making, and help define what marketing success looks like for us. There's no playbook waiting for you. Part of the opportunity is to write it.
As WDG evolves in our next chapter, your role will grow in scope and influence.
The Role
This role is about making marketing work for our business, connecting what we say with who we reach and how that turns into qualified interest and opportunity for our sales team.
You'll work across email, our website, key partner channels, and social platforms. You'll define what success looks like, measure it, and adapt as you learn what works. You'll work directly with leadership, have the space to make decisions, and be expected to focus on results that matter.
While WDG is fully remote, we are prioritizing candidates within the Washington, DC region.
Responsibilities include:
  • Set the direction for WDG's marketing efforts and own the execution,
  • Use AI tools intentionally and fluently to strengthen campaign strategy, accelerate content production, sharpen messaging, and improve reporting,
  • Turn positioning and value into coherent campaigns and programs across channels,
  • Generate and nurture leads through email, web, social, and partner channels,
  • Plan and execute integrated programs that support pipeline goals,
  • Track performance tied to awareness, qualified leads, and the sales pipeline and report on what's working, what isn't, and where to adapt,
  • Work closely with leadership to keep marketing aligned with business priorities.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who loves a clear sense of ownership and clarity of purpose.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
  • Demonstrated, hands-on fluency with AI tools. You use them to make your marketing plans smarter, faster, and more effective, and you can speak to how and why.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth experience,
  • Experience owning marketing work end-to-end: strategy, execution, and results,
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, nurture, and funnel dynamics,
  • Comfort using data to make decisions and inform next steps,
  • A self-directed approach and readiness to take ownership.

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with marketing professional services, agencies, or enterprise offerings,
  • Close collaboration with sales or leadership on pipeline goals,
  • Experience building repeatable marketing processes from scratch,
  • A strong point of view on where AI is heading in marketing and how to stay ahead of it.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a salary range of $100k-130k, depending on experience, along with industry competitive benefits and perks, such as comprehensive health benefits, unlimited PTO, 401(k) with company matching, and company-paid life insurance.
Why WDG
We partner with mission-driven partners to address complex digital challenges. Our team values thoughtful execution, clear thinking, and practical problem-solving.
You'll join a team of thoughtful experts across the digital spectrum who value quality work, practical problem-solving, and collaboration. We're also committed to work-life balance, transparent communication, and meaningful professional growth.
Equal Opportunity
WDG is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a workplace where people can do good work, be treated fairly, and grow professionally.
