Responsibilities
  • Respond to and follow up with inbound leads provided by the team
  • Learn and apply the team's proven buyer and seller consultation process
  • Attend showings, open houses, and appointments as directed
  • Communicate consistently with clients throughout the buying or selling process
  • Log all activity, notes, and follow-ups in the team CRM
  • Participate actively in team training sessions, role-plays, and coaching calls
  • Work toward your first closings with support from experienced team members
