Rosing Davidson Frost a well-respected Park City based law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience. This position will provide litigation and transactional support in the areas of real estate, construction defect, HOA, and business, law. We are seeking a motivated attorney to join our dynamic team.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions
* Stay on top of case management and case management deadlines
* Coordinate discovery and discovery efforts with paralegals and other legal support staff
* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
* Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys.
*Requirements*
* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
* UT State Bar License (or sat for the July 2026 Bar Exam)
* Must be proactive, highly detailed oriented, highly organized and motivated.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Demonstrated academic success.
