As the Vice President of Land Acquisition, your leadership experience and ability to build a pipeline of land is critical…it all starts with the land. You will partner with key senior leaders as you present land deals you believe in. This is the first step in directly driving our Company’s growth. You and your team will identify these acquisition opportunities through your contacts with brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts. Requirements include a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses required. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
