About the Role

Our Chapman Hyundai Phoenix location is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, helping customers understand their vehicle maintenance needs while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments
  • Determine vehicle service needs based on customer feedback, inspections, and mileage
  • Create repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
  • Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Monitor repair progress and provide customers with updates throughout the service process
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain vehicle service needs clearly
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
