What You Bring
We're looking for detail-oriented, driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Required:
  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Background in finance, banking, accounting, or related field (or a recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred (Big Plus):
  • Experience in automotive dealerships, mortgage, or lending/title environments
  • Familiarity with contract processing, funding, or compliance workflows

What You'll Do
You'll be at the center of the deal lifecycle-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely funding.
  • Review and submit contracts for funding
  • Manage deals in transit (CIT) to ensure timely cash flow
  • Partner with sales, finance, and lenders to resolve issues
  • Track lender stipulations and required documents
  • Ensure deal accuracy, compliance, and completeness
  • Support titling, payoffs, and contract documentation
