Freedom Transit, LLC is looking for safe, friendly, positive, dependable, passenger focused drivers who have compassion and patience to transport our clients to/from hospitals, doctor appointments, skilled nursing facilities, dialysis, physical therapy, and any other appointment s they may have. We provide ambulatory, wheelchair and stretcher transportation for many local hospitals and facilities. This position is a part time position consisting typically of 24-30 hours per week or full time hours as well. Candidates for this position must be willing to work afternoons/early evenings and weekends. Some out of town transportation may be required with the position however no overnight stays. Driving knowledge of the Kansas City metro area is a plus but required.Non-Emergency Medical Transportation experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train you!We are looking for candidates that are available most days from 11am -7pm and some weekends.
