Job description

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in East Hartford, CT at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Connecticut state license in Physical Therapy is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient clinic experience required. Clinical experience evaluating and treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses preferred.
  • Experience completing comprehensive evaluations, writing functional goals, and documenting in compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines.
  • Experience with patient education and discharge planning preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise or delegate therapy assistants or support staff preferred.

Assignment Details
  • Facility Type: Outpatient.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Duration: 13 week assignment.
