First time workers are individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time, typically with little or no previous job experience. They may be recent high school or college graduates, or people starting a career after a long period of education or other activities. First time workers often take entry-level positions to gain experience, learn workplace skills, and begin building their professional networks. Employers may provide additional training and support to help first time workers adjust to the expectations and responsibilities of employment.

Many employers provide hands-on training, mentorship programs, and regular check-ins with supervisors to help you acclimate. You may also receive ongoing support from colleagues and access to resources like employee handbooks or online training modules.
