Job description

Job Summary
A Golf Cart Lot Attendant is responsible for ensuring a gracious and efficient arrival to both Crystal Mountain and the first tee of Mountain Ridge or Betsie Valley.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Transfer golf clubs and other belongings from their vehicle to a golf cart or push cart, unless they're walking.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate golf course.
  • Clean carts after each round and put them back in their appropriate row and on the charger.
  • Assist guests with questions and/or directions.
  • Maintain and ensure immaculate facilities for guests - maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas using a 'clean as you go' philosophy.
  • Inform supervisor of all guest/member complaints and suggestions promptly.
  • Other duties as assigned including driving range maintenance at the learning center.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
  • Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration.
  • Must have unrestricted and insurable driving record.
  • Non-smoking candidates preferred.
