Communicate professionally with students, alumni, employers, faculty, staff, and visitors in person, by phone, and through email to answer questions, take accurate messages, and provide assistance. | Daily 25% |
Use Handshake to help schedule appointments, manage student requests, approve job postings from verified employers, and support office communications.

Provide organized and accurate administrative support, including filing, organizing materials, maintaining office spaces, entering data, and supporting daily operations.

Assist with survey administration, outreach, and accurate data collection for the First Destination Survey during the fall and spring semesters.

Work with the Career Services team to support campus recruiting and employer events by setting up welcome and registration tables, greeting guests, managing sign-ins, and assisting with event logistics.

Represent the Office of Career Services professionally at Orientation programs, Welcome Stations, tabling events, and employer-facing initiatives.
