Job description

Job Description:
We are now accepting applicants for our Student Driver Program, designed to help new or recent CDL holders transition confidently into an regional driving career with professional support every step of the way.

Program Overview

Once approved, students will attend a minimum 7-day onboarding class in Tontitown, AR. During onboarding, students will we will pay for your hotel and travel to orientation

  • Be introduced to PAM and key department representatives
  • Complete a driving skills evaluation
  • Receive additional training if needed
  • Receive a $100 food stipend
  • Be paired with a professional mentor as quickly as possible

Mentor Training Phase

  • Minimum of 10 days with a mentor
  • Paid $75 per day
  • One-on-one, real-world OTR experience

Upgrade to First Seat After mentor sign-off, students will attend an onboarding location to complete:

  • Backing evaluation
  • Pre-trip inspection
  • Road test

Once approved by Safety, drivers will be upgraded to First Seat and begin to run our lanes What We're Looking For

  • Valid CDL (new or recent graduates welcome)
  • Willingness to train, learn
  • Commitment to safety and professionalism
