Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Illinois
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality pediatric physical therapy services. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence, mobility, and overall quality of life for children and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical therapy evaluations and standardized assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Provide therapy services and monitor client progress.
  • Educate and coach families on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
  • Recommend and train clients on adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and attend care planning meetings.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support student clinical training.
  • Participate in staff development, continuing education, and in-service training programs.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree (or higher) from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Illinois Physical Therapist License.
  • Current Infant/Child CPR and Basic First Aid Certification.
  • Valid Illinois Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, TB test, and other required health screenings.
  • Experience or interest in pediatric therapy preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
