Recruiter - Home Health & Hospice (Clinical)
Location: McKinney, TX (Hybrid or Onsite)
We're looking for a Recruiter focused on hiring licensed clinical professionals across our Home Health and Hospice teams. This role is critical to ensure we have strong clinical staff in place to support patient care across our markets.
You'll own the full recruiting process and partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to fill key roles quickly and effectively.
What You'll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles, including:
    • RNs and LPNs
    • Therapists (PT, OT, ST)
    • Other licensed clinical positions
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through outreach, networking, and resume search to build pipelines ahead of demand
  • Screen and qualify candidates, focusing on licensure and relevant experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to prioritize and fill critical roles
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in the ATS
  • Help refine job postings and sourcing strategies to improve applicant flow
  • Move candidates efficiently from first contact through offer
