Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Understand all the products and services
  • Sell Chipr's products through door-to-door, MDU, and event-based canvassing 
  • Hit monthly personal minimum performance standards
  • Maintain a standard 5-day work week; weekend days worked as needed based on performance and business needs
  • Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System
  • Be active in team and company chats
  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly prescribed meetings and training
  • Adhere to company values
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role

  • Driver's license and transportation
  • A mobile phone or connected tablet device

Physical Requirements:

Home Solutions Experts perform the essential functions of this role primarily outdoors and in the field. This includes continuously walking and standing throughout each shift, frequently climbing stairs at multi-family properties, and regular exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and precipitation. The role may also require occasionally lifting or carrying materials up to 50 pounds in connection with event support.
