Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Manage and close sales opportunities from Company-generated leads (inbound/outbound).
  • Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and present solar solutions.
  • Educate homeowners on solar benefits, financing options (where applicable), and the installation process.
  • Deliver accurate proposals, handle objections, and guide customers through contract execution.

Pipeline Management & Self-Generated Business

  • Develop and execute a personal prospecting strategy to create self-sourced opportunities (referrals, canvassing where permitted, events, networking groups, partnerships, etc.).
  • Build relationships with local organizations (e.g., realtors, roofers, home improvement contractors) to generate referrals.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and follow-up cadence from first contact to close.

Process & Coordination

  • Collect required documentation and ensure customer paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, permitting, install) to support a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain timely updates in the company’s CRM and follow defined sales process standards.

Performance & Professionalism

  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon monthly/quarterly sales targets.
