Job description

Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable candidates for a Machine Operator position with a company in Erie, PA. This is a 1st shift position with a pay range of $17-$17.50/hour.
Inspection Operator

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm When overtime is needed the shift will go until 3:30pm or 4pm
Pay rate: $17-17.50/hour

Job Summary
- This is primarily a seated position, focused on operating an AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machine--repetive role.
-The AOI uses cameras and software to visually inspect Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for potential defects.
-The key responsibility in this role is to review any defects flagged by the machine and determine whether they are true defects or acceptable per quality standards.
-This requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, as proper judgment is critical.
-They play a vital role in quality control by catching soldering issues and component misplacements early in production.
-The role also involves basic computer use.
-Other duties as assigned
