Requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Previous work experience in a Hyatt brand or luxury hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the food service professional looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required

Pay starts at $19 per hour
