Receptionist Le Boisé Notre-Dame is a luxury private retirement residence, working with seniors for over 10 years. We are looking for a receptionist. Under the responsibility of the team leader, the person acts as the first responder to residents, visitors and other people wishing to contact an employee of the residence. Main duties : Take note of the communication notebook Receive phone calls and transfer them to the correct recipient Perform all call returns for messages left in the reception mailbox Receive maintenance requisitions Control access to the main entrance of the residence Direct visitors, movers as well as furniture deliverers, etc. Provide the necessary information to residents, visitors and employees Receive and distribute merchandise and mail for various departments and visitors Perform all other related tasks or special mandates established by management Requirements sought: High school diploma Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position Good communication skills Interpersonal, dynamic and organized Provide good customer service Are you interested in these challenges?
