To thrive as a First Responder Part Time, you need strong emergency response skills, physical fitness, and a foundational knowledge of first aid and safety protocols, often proven by certifications like CPR, EMT, or First Aid. Familiarity with dispatch systems, emergency medical equipment, and communication devices is essential for effectively managing incidents.
