What You'll Do
Provide outstanding customer service while preparing loan agreements for national agents. Use creativity and good judgment to provide the best possible quotes while minimizing risk and maximizing profit to FIRST.
  • Review & approve quotes for national accounts up to $1,000,000 amount financed. Use relationship knowledge and experience to provide quotes that satisfy both the agent and borrower, while minimizing risk to FIRST.
  • Respond and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor volume for national agents. Take proactive measures to both protect and grow volume as appropriate.
