SSC Signs & Lighting is seeking an accomplished National Sales Director / National Sales Manager to lead our national sales organization during an exciting period of strategic growth.

This executive leadership position is responsible for developing and executing the company's national sales strategy, building high-performing sales teams, expanding key national accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth across multiple market segments.

We are looking for an experienced sales executive who has successfully managed and developed sales organizations, built winning cultures, and consistently exceeded revenue objectives within the commercial sign, architectural products, construction, or related industries.

Your Mission

As the leader of our national sales organization, you will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic national sales plan that drives profitable growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Expand SSC's presence with national accounts, franchise organizations, retailers, financial institutions, healthcare systems, higher education, hospitality, and commercial developers.
  • Build long-term executive relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new markets, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
  • Partner with engineering, estimating, manufacturing, project management, permitting, and installation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Represent SSC Signs & Lighting throughout the industry at conferences, trade shows, and executive-level client meetings.

Executive Qualifications

Required

  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a professional sales organization.
  • Proven history of recruiting, coaching, and developing successful sales teams.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual revenue goals.
  • Strong executive leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing large, complex customer relationships.
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans and execute growth initiatives.

Preferred

  • Experience within the commercial sign industry.
  • Knowledge of architectural signage, digital displays, LED message centers, lighting systems, and branded environments.
  • Experience with multi-location retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, education, or franchise programs.
