As our Urologist, you will join our thriving practice at CommonSpirit Memorial Urology Associates, located in downtown Chattanooga, TN. Every day you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. You will provide office based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney and bladder health.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board certified, and compassionate physician, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex urology patients, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient centered care and the capacity to thrive within a supportive clinic environment.  In your role, you will:

  • Provide high quality compassionate patient centered urologic care. This Urologist will play a key role in the expansion of the state of the art urology program.
  • Focus on providing appropriate, compassionate, and state of the art surgical and medical care for our patients. Our staff and surgeons comprise a dedicated and collaborative team that support each other and work together to create a positive work environment.
  • Weekly schedule will include outpatient clinics, outpatient procedures, and operative cases. On call responsibilities will include call at Memorial Hospital Georgia and Hixson locations with equitable rotation with peers.
  • The group's culture promotes new approaches, best practice standards and continual improvement for both patient and team member.
  • Utilize Epic EMR

We are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a guaranteed base salary for your first year, production and quality incentives, commencement bonus, and relocation assistance. Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology from the ABU (American Board of Urology)
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • Ability to obtain an active medical license & DEA in the state of Georgia and/ or Tennessee

Preferred

  • da Vinci Robotic surgical experience is preferred
