In the Pre-Sales team, you'll play a key role on the frontline, analyzing our merchant's revenue streams and then curating an offer to support our sales operations. With the information that you provide the sales team, you will be helping YouLend continue to help merchants across the country access the funding they need to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong understanding of YouLend's products, financing solutions, and partner ecosystem to effectively support merchant relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for analyzing a merchant's bank statements to identify and quantify revenue streams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Risk, and Operations to help further streamline the funding process.
  • Prioritize workload effectively to manage a high volume of deals while maintaining accuracy and a customer-first mindset

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
