Ensures strategic delivery is linked to business operations. Works cross functionally, balancing trade-offs, risks and opportunities in decision making. Drives overall business excellence through the deployment of one or more areas of functional expertise including project management, change management, and continuous improvement to support strategic business objectives and financial goals.

Requires knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including; Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements.
