ABOUT CHIRO 1ST
Chiro 1st is a multi-clinic chiropractic group in Washington. We run on proven systems, track our numbers, and back our Clinic Directors with marketing, billing, and operations support so they can focus on patient outcomes and growth.
ROLE: CLINIC DIRECTOR CHIROPRACTOR
You are the lead doctor and business leader of our Federal Way clinic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own daily clinic performance: visits, collections, and patient experience.
  • Perform exams, x-rays, reports of findings, adjustments, and re-exams using Chiro 1st protocols.
  • Build and manage care plans; maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable your front-desk and support team.
  • Partner with central marketing and leadership to grow new patient volume and retention.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) with active Washington license, or ability to obtain before start date.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable with goals, numbers, and feedback.
  • Ownership mentality: you like being responsible for results and running a team.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred; driven new grads will be considered.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base salary: $90,000 per year.
  • Incentive compensation: Performance-based bonus opportunity tied to clinic results (details provided in the hiring process).
  • First-year earnings guarantee: We guarantee a minimum of $120,000 total cash compensation (base + incentives) for your first year in the role, or until your performance on the plan exceeds that level.
  • Expected total compensation (base + incentives): $120,000 to $220,000+ per year, depending on clinic performance, experience, and tenure. This range is our current good-faith estimate of what a Clinic Director in this role can reasonably earn at the time of posting.
