Job description

We are seeking a First Party Plaintiff Attorney to add to our practice. Position is remote. Salary and bonus are competitive based on experience. Looking for an attorney that has experience in litigating first party claims and ideally can come in and handle a full caseload. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage active caseload, including handling depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, etc.
  • Represent clients in court
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on legal issues
  • Negotiate settlements

  • Previous experience in first party property litigation
  • Conduct depositions and motion calendar hearings
  • Legal research and writing skills
