Job description

Security First Managers is looking for an experienced first party property Staff Attorney. Successful candidates will use knowledge and skills learned in traditional legal fields to settle legal disputes that arise from claims and are responsible for conducting research, analysis and writing about complex legal issues as part of the Security First litigation team. The selected candidate will manage a caseload of litigated files.

Requirements

  • Florida State Bar license
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Direct first party property experience
  • May be required to possess a valid state of Florida driver’s license

Level II

  • Five (5) years of experience independently managing substantive case arguments and hearings
  • OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience

Level III

  • Seven (7) years of first party property experience including trial experience
  • OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
