1 St Shift Packer

A well-established manufacturing company in Hamilton that offers a competitive wage and is seeking someone to hire on after the temp-to-hire phase. Position Details: Seeking candidates for a Packer position. This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm, with starting the pay of $16.00/hr. Responsibilities and Requirements: The packaging operator is responsible for final packing the product based upon the directions on each ticket. This role is to work closely with the Machine Operators to package the product with quality, efficiency, and accuracy. Must have the ability to read labels and follow safety procedures. This role is responsible for packaging the correct finished product quantity with the correct label requirements.

  • Attention to detail and ability to perform basic mathematics
  • Ability to continuously lift and pour 50lbs throughout the day
