First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join our Call Center Team. This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers' inquiries. You'll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.
Work Schedule:
7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary)
Compensation:
Pay range is $20.00 - $22.00/hr., commensurate with experience.
Start date:
Approximately August 17, 2026
Work Arrangement:
This role is an on-site work arrangement.
Location:
This position is located in the Kamehameha Industrial Center in Kalihi.
Responsibilities
As a Service Consultant, you are the first line of communication for our internal and external customers. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment.
  • High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment
  • Experience in Call Center environment desirable.
  • Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable.
