The Wealth Regional Market President is responsible for driving outstanding sales generation and client service through managing, coaching, and guiding Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Wealth Associates in a defined market while creating strong collaboration with business partner leaders to grow Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group and Private Client.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Establish sales goals, define and manage to success formulas, coach and educate business partners.
  • Routinely assist on pre-call planning, client/prospect appointments and post-call debriefs to provide outstanding real-time coaching and feedback.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specific to assigned markets.
  • Implement and maintain necessary systems infrastructure to support Wealth and Private Client facing associates including group email, telephone/call center, support case tracking and other technologies. Become proficient within our systems to provide support to the team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Wealth Associates who provide day to day support to client facing associates. Leverage strengths and understand and identify gaps in performance. Provide development opportunities for staff to align with their career goals and develop a bench strength for key positions.
  • Deliver on implemented KPI's with a focus on continual improvement to enhance the internal and external client experience.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field of study.
  • Minimum of 10 years Financial Services experience.
  • Technically sound with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of servicing Wealth and Private Clients and investment management client needs, operational processes and key systems needed to support the Wealth client. Knowledge and understanding of key performance metrics.
  • Relevant experience in managing sales and client service teams.
  • Ability to achieve high level results while adhering to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Outstanding leadership and collaborative qualities.
  • Master's degree in Business preferred.
  • Advanced designation such as CFP or ChFC preferred.

Level of Complexity and Scope

  • Problems faced are moderately to highly complex in nature

Degree of Independence and Decision-Making

  • Works with limited supervision
  • Applies guidelines with proficiency and effectively manages workflow of team
  • Collaborates with senior and executive roles

Required Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Wealth Associates, including hiring, retaining, and managing ongoing performance of the team.

Compliance Statement

The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. Development and Training

Base Pay Range:

$175,000/year to $215,000/year
