Hunter offers $16.00 as the starting rate with opportunities for advancement in level and pay. This position is for our 1st shift (6am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday)
As a Custodian, you will support the cleaning of break areas, bathrooms, and other areas in the daily cleaning schedule.
What You'll Do:
  • Observes and follows all safety rules
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as an extension to a normal workday or on weekends, as scheduled
  • Use of cleaning supplies and equipment to support facility cleanliness
  • May operate a blower to clear leaves and debris from outside break areas
  • May operate a machine to administer fuming to clear air particles
  • Maintain work area to sustain a clean and orderly environment
  • Ability to interact well with personnel throughout the facility
  • Other assignments as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.

What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED is required and 3 months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
