Job description

We are currently seeking a Mortgage Closer for our corporate office located in northwest Houston. The Mortgage Closer is responsible for the full closing cycle to include preparing closing documents, balancing CDs and work in conjunction with title companies. Additionally, they book, fund, and audit real estate and constructions loans. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of a year of mortgage banking experience. Real estate loan closing and Encompass experience is preferred. A hybrid work schedule may be offered after a minimum of 90 days with FCCU.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent

Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of similar or related experience in mortgage (banking, wholesale, or retail)
  • Real estate loan closing preferred
  • Knowledge of Encompass is preferred
