Job Details
The Unarmed Security Officer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring contract compliance, staff performance, and client satisfaction. This role leads and supports security officers, manages scheduling and reporting, responds to escalated issues, and serves as the primary on-site liaison between First Coast Security, the client, and internal leadership.
  • Supervise and lead on-site security personnel, setting expectations for professionalism, uniform compliance, and performance
  • Ensure all post orders, company policies, and contract requirements are followed and clearly communicated to staff
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage using eHub while minimizing unbilled overtime
  • Respond to and manage escalated security incidents, emergencies, and employee concerns appropriately
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to develop staff and maintain site readiness
  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance records for the assigned site
  • Serve as a proactive point of contact for the client and Account Manager to address needs, concerns, and overall site satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to obtain a First Aid/CPR/AED certification
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening, driving record check and background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Proficient English language communication, reading, and writing skills
  • Able to meet all physical demands, including occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs.), and performing tasks such as bending, climbing, running, walking, and standing for long periods of time as needed
  • Previous security, customer service, military, or law enforcement experience.
