Join First Class Electric: Service Technician (Electrician) – Central New Jersey

Pay: Performance-based

Are you a skilled electrician with a passion for residential electrical work? Do you want to earn what you’re truly worth while focusing on what you do best—helping customers and delivering quality work? If so, First Class Electric is looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our team.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in residential electrical work (some commercial experience is a plus).

  • Independence: Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and people skills
  • Team Player: Capable of working solo or collaborating on larger projects.
  • Adaptability: Flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends as needed.
  • Clean Record: Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks.
  • Presentation: Professional appearance, hygiene, and attitude.
  • Language: Basic English communication skills required.
