What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide exceptional client service in person and over the phone

  • Communicate clearly with clients about appointments, hospital processes, and next steps
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and clinical team members to support smooth patient flow
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information in the hospital’s practice management system
  • Help create a welcoming, organized, and positive front desk environment
  • Listen patiently as clients tell you exactly why their pet is the greatest animal to ever live
  • Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities to help deliver positive outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience
  • A passion for pets and veterinary care
  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with clients and teammates
  • Confidence handling phones, scheduling, and multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to stay calm and professional in a busy veterinary environment
