  • Has the responsibility for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counsel, care, and health teaching of the ill, injured, or confined, and the maintenance of health and prevention of illness of others.
  • Rate of pay will range based on experience.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of an RN or LPN program from an accredited school.
  • Must possess and maintain a current, and in good standing, license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse or register nurse.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with State and /or organization requirements and is in good working order.
  • Must maintain current CPR certification.
