• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing proven, evidence-based methodologies; develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and progress.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and preserving the highest standards of ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and effective care for all clients, harnessing the expertise of fellow professionals.
• Engage in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to continuously enhance care quality while contributing to the team's collective knowledge base.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and the availability of community resources to help them navigate their challenges successfully.
• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field by incorporating new research and methodologies into your therapeutic approach.

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, each facing unique mental health challenges. By employing a personalized approach, you will help individuals from various backgrounds gain a better understanding of their mental health symptoms and develop effective coping strategies. • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated experience in applying solution-focused therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking to navigate complex client scenarios effectively.
