This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to create a work schedule that aligns with your personal life. You will utilize secure telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to provide therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while minimizing paperwork.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the unique mental health needs of each client, using solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual journeys.
• Implement an array of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to foster resilience and hope in clients facing mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care tailored to client needs.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings regularly, contributing insights and gaining knowledge to improve therapeutic practices.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available community resources, empowering them with tools to navigate their treatment effectively.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and incorporate the latest research findings into your therapeutic approach.

In this role, you will work primarily with a varied patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults, all facing a spectrum of mental health issues. You will be instrumental in helping individuals affected by anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.
• Proficient in applying evidence-based techniques and creating customized treatment plans for individuals, reflecting a strong commitment to client-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to effectively address complex client situations and support positive outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and encourages growth and feedback among colleagues.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record management.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and the ability to integrate them into practice based on client needs.
• Prior experience in a community health setting is preferred but not required.

The competitive annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
