Job description

The Experienced HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems primarily in residential properties. Working within a small team of 1-3 members and reporting to the Operations Manager, the installer will ensure timely and accurate system setups while maintaining high standards of workmanship. This role requires accountability, technical expertise, physical stamina, and effective communication skills to deliver quality service during regular travel to various job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC systems in residential properties according to specifications
  • Work alongside a small team to complete installation tasks efficiently
  • Travel regularly to various job sites as required
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding installations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
  • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
  • Technical certification in HVAC systems
  • EPA Section 608 Certification

  • Experience with HVAC system installation and electrical wiring
