Provides exceptional customer service while supporting the financial center’s goals through relationship building, cross-selling, and daily operational support. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:Performance and Business Development Standards
  • Promotes bank products and services to customers and prospects to support business growth and referrals.
  • Identifies opportunities to cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
  • Actively participates in sales initiatives, team meetings, and other motivational activities.
  • Utilizes available tools, resources, and reports to support proactive selling efforts.
  • Meets or exceeds established referral goals.
Manage Relationships
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with customers through in-person, phone, and other interactions.
  • Develops effective working relationships with team members and other departments to support financial center goals.
Customer Experience
  • Provides consistent, high-quality customer service in all interactions, both in person and over the phone.
