Job Summary
The Sandblaster supports the production process by preparing metal surfaces for painting and finishing through abrasive blasting techniques while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Job Duties
  • Operate sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently
  • Prepare metal surfaces for painting and finishing
  • Remove rust, scale, and contaminants from materials
  • Inspect finished surfaces for quality and consistency
  • Maintain blasting equipment and work area cleanliness
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Assist with moving materials and finished products as needed
  • Work effectively in a team environment
Pay
  • $16.00–19.00 per hour (experience based)
Schedule
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday
    7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday
    3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Experience or Skill Requirements
  • Previous sandblasting or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
